Welcome to Moimo. By accessing or using our websites, APIs, or embeddable visualizer widgets, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Moimo provides AI-driven visualizers, SEO article generation technologies, and embeddable e-commerce widgets (including furniture fitting and vehicle film visualizers). Merchants can embed widgets on authorized domains to enable customer interactions and lead capture.

2. Installation & Service Fees

The standard one-time widget setup fee is $50.00 USD per verified domain. Setup includes custom embed code generation, API authorization, and integration support. Generation credits are consumed according to active subscription tiers or purchased credit add-ons.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or unlawfully extract source algorithms from the widgets or APIs.
Deploy widgets on websites engaged in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
Exceed allocated rate limits or attempt to circumvent access controls and billing thresholds.

4. Intellectual Property

All technology, interfaces, designs, and proprietary models remain the exclusive property of Moimo and its licensors. Customer catalog images and submitted client assets remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

Moimo is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moimo disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE.
